Customer Feedback

To whom it may concern,

I've been a long-time customer of Pentagon and wanted to take a few minutes to express my gratitude to those workers involved in QA, assembly, testing, design etc. of Pentagon flashlights. I rely on these lights and purchase them whenever my budget allows. I use them for emergencies and in my day-to-day job because I know they are made with quality materials and are dependable.....

In closing, please share my email with those who are responsible for creating and standing behind great lights. I am one of the many customers will return again and again because of the staff at Pentagon.

Sincerley,
Mike

Subject: kudos

Sirs,
I wanted to take a moment to give kudos on how happy I am with your L3 LED light.
I own several other "high end" flashlights. I find that none of them can compare with the quality, fit, finish, brightness of Pentagonlight.
Its a great light and I'm happy with it. I'm even happy with the long burn time.
I would strongly recommend the L3 to anyone interested in a quality light that beats almost any other light out there.

Best regards,
Jay

MOLLE Light Forest now available

MOLLE Light family just got bigger with the release of MOLLE Light Forest today. In continuation of its success, MOLLE Light is perhaps the smallest anglehead flashlight available in the market today. Its design is way cool and the brightness is amazing given such as small size. MOLLE Light Forest matches well with Army ACU and is reminiscent of the old big anglehead flashlight especially with the green color now. The green filter is good for hunter or camper alike. Its green color is said to be invisible to some wild animals. Take one with you in the bag when going outdoor next time!

I love my MOLLE Light

I just received my new Molle light from you, in black... I LOVE it. Why don't you promote the compass under the cap? Very nice addition. I would have liked the RED filter but I guess it's only available on the desert tan model. Blue will be OK. I truly wish you would make/sell it in bright orange plastic for all the "Coastie's" who need to carry a light on their vest [PFD]. Cost Guard Auxiliary also. There are thousands of them. Anyway, thanks for making a GREAT product.

X3 is just what I had expected

Thank you, I received my order and I am very happy with the X3 Xenon Light. The X3 is
everything I was expecting. The X3 is nicely balanced in the hand and has a great beam for close-up or lighting up objects at a distance. Great light for the money! Please let me know when you are coming out with a lense protector. I wasn't able to find anything in your catalog or on your web-site. You have lense protectors for all your other lights, but I wasn't able to find one for that size ( 1.5" ) of head. If you do make one, please let me know the part number & price so I will be able to purchase one. Thank you again and have a great week.

Fantastic Customer Service!

To whom it may concern,
I did not get the name of the person who helped me get a replacement X3, RMA 5166. He was very helpful in determining the probable cause for the light not working. I just wanted to thank you for the fantastic customer service! I was very surprised to receive a package from UPS yesterday afternoon which was the new X3 and shirt. More so because I just mailed the malfunctioning light the day before and was not expecting a replacement for at least a week. Wow! The replacement light works great while playing with it for a short while last night. I will recommend your awesome flashlights and service to all my friends.

MS3F is great for Remington 870 and X2 fits well with impact device

I purchased one of your handheld X2 and MS3F weapon lights. These are great lights. My squad mates were impressed by the powerful beam coming from the MS3F when attached to my Remington 870. I can illuminate a lightly tinted car from at least 30 feet away. This is pretty good compared to your competitors. As for my X2, it is a reliable, low weight, bright light. I also purchased a GG&G T.I.D to attach to the bezel. This makes it quite the little impact device. Thanks again for making a great light system at a good price. I have attached some photos of the weapon light attached to my issued 870. I can send one of my handheld with the T.I.D if you like. Thanks again.

UV Light far exceeded my expectation

Received my order today and I wanted to let you know that this has exceeded my expectations by a considerable margin. I deal primarily in antique military items, and the blacklight has long been a very important tool of the trade. Unfortunately, I had not been able to find any that were robust enough to last - they were constantly getting smashed in the briefcase, or bumped into the 'on' position (so that you arrive at the show to find them light dead when you need it). About a year ago I was searching for something that would do this job but was built like a "Mag-Lite" (for lack of a better comparison), but to no avail. An insignia collector recommended your Pentagon Light in an online forum, and I thought I would give it a try. I'm very glad that I did!

The Pentagon UV light product is outstanding in every respect, and will be an important weapon in our efforts to avoid fakes and forgeries.

My great-uncle, a veteran of the US 1918-1919 campaign in North Russia used to say "the best is none too good", and your product certainly fits that axiom. I will gladly recommend it to my colleagues!

If your other products are even half as nice as this, your continued success is ensured.

Thanks!!
